Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it at an authorized shipping location, then wait for your refund or exchange to be processed upon arrival at our starbase.
